Luke Engelhardt was hired as the Yorkville High School Athletic Director in 2019.

Mr. Engelhardt rejoined the Yorkville CUSD 115 family after serving for three years as the assistant athletic director in West Aurora School District 129. Previous to his time in West Aurora, he proudly served Yorkville High School students from 2008-2016 in various roles including that of teacher, department chairperson, and assistant athletic director. He also had been the varsity golf coach and varsity girls basketball coach.  

Mr. Engelhardt earned both his bachelor's degree in health and physical education and his master's degree in educational leadership from Aurora University.  

Mr. Engelhardt and his wife reside in Yorkville with their two children.
